This exhibition, drawn from the Araluen Collection, explores the development of Aboriginal art in Central Australia. It highlights fundamental themes and key moments that have informed and shaped Aboriginal artists across Central Australia and ultimately the evolution of Aboriginal art. It also highlights the endless capacity of artists and their ability to produce art that not only intrigues and inspires but also demonstrates the flourishing and constantly evolving Aboriginal art movement. The works are exciting, thought-provoking and highlight its endless evolution and intrigue which has lead to one of the most significant art movements this country has seen.
