Value For Money

Presented by GUTS Dance // Central Australia

GUTS Dance // Central Australia presents the world premiere of a new contemporary dance work, Value For Money, the first full-length work from award winning dancer and emerging choreographer Sara Black.

Value For Money delves into the polarity of power and vulnerability inherent within us all, exploring the value we place on human lives and bodies and focusing on how relationship, proximity and community change our perception of a life's worth and the worth of the body as a vessel.

Value For Money draws from global events and personal accounts and sees an exceptional cast of renowned Australian performers and creatives explore stories and experiences reflecting on the way we understand and value our fellow humans, pushing us to interrogate our commonalities - the bodies we all have and the emotions we all carry; the unquestionable traits that bind us as a human race.
