Experience the richness and diversity of desart art across the Araluen Arts Centre precinct at the buzzing Desert Mob 2026 Art Market!

Presented by Desart, the large art market provides the opportunity to acquire works directly from the artists who created them. View and purchase paintings, ceramics, punu, weavings, sculptures, textiles, clothing, jewellery, merchandise and more from over 30 Aboriginal-owned art centres from across Central Australia and enjoy workshops, performances and other activations across the precinct.

Art Market Program of Events:

10AM – 2PM – market open

11AM - 1PM – live music and performances by 8CCC Community Radio

11AM - 1PM – Yarrenyty Arltere Artists Soft Sculpture Workshop in the Araluen Arts Centre foyer (free)

The art market is a free event open to all the community.

Delicious food and beverages will be available to purchase on the day from Yaye’s Cafe and other vendors.
